ReviewChair is a comprehensive, white-labeled, multi-tenant platform for managing academic conferences and events. It covers the full lifecycle from calls for papers through peer review to publication, with built-in support for African payment systems and low-bandwidth environments.

Each organization (university, research institute, publisher) gets its own isolated tenant with custom branding, domains, and data separation. Users can belong to multiple tenants, and each tenant manages its own conferences and events independently.

We integrate with Paystack and Flutterwave to support multiple African currencies including NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, and USD. This covers credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, and USSD across 30+ African countries.

Absolutely. Every tenant gets full white-labeling — custom logos, color palettes, typography, favicons, email templates, and even custom domains. Your users will see your brand, not ours.

We support single-blind and double-blind review, paper bidding, reviewer-to-reviewer online discussions, senior PC member / meta-reviewer workflows, subreviewer delegation, conflict-of-interest detection, and customizable review forms with your own criteria and scoring scales.

ReviewChair is completely free during the beta period — full access to all features for 6 months, with a possible 6-month extension upon request. The only cost is a 2.0% APC fee (capped per currency) on article processing charges. No credit card required to get started.

Yes. We integrate with Zoom, Google Meet, and Jitsi for live streaming, breakout rooms, virtual poster sessions, live Q&A, and session recording. Hybrid events combine in-person check-in with virtual attendance seamlessly.
